International shipments are sent via DHL, EMS, Fedex or any proper express. International transit time displayed on website or via tracking information is only an estimate and may incur delays due to the destination’s customs processing.

The customer is responsible for any and all customs, duties, taxes, brokerage or handling fees. These import fees are not included in your order total and are at the discretion of your country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend you check with your country’s Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to making your purchase.

It usually takes 3 working days to handle your order, and 6 – 14 working days for delivery which depends on your destination. Shipping will not occur on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Also, we are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, unforeseen weather conditions, peak season or packages delayed by the postal service.

Please include your order confirmation number and our team will send you a return shipping label. The next steps are easy, print your label, tape it on the outside of the box or package, and drop it off at your local carrier’s store.

It typically takes 1-3 days to fully process your return or exchange after it arrives to our fulfillment center. You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately once your return or exchange has been processed and a refund or credit has been issued.
